Common Questions

How do I connect Jobber?

Go to Settings → Jobber Integration → Connect Jobber. You'll be redirected to Jobber to authorize access.

Reports aren't generating

Check that Jobber is connected (green indicator in Settings) and you haven't reached your plan's report limit. Try clicking “Sync Webhooks” in Settings.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings and use the data export option, or visit /api/export while logged in to download a full JSON export with CSV data.

How do I disconnect or delete my account?

You can disconnect Jobber from Settings at any time. For full account deletion, email privacy@treerecon.com and we'll process it within 7 days.

Pricing seems off for my area

Pricing ranges are based on your historical job data. Run a historical sync from Settings to ensure all recent jobs are included. You can also adjust multipliers in Settings → Price Multipliers.
