1. Information We Collect

When you create a TreeRecon account, we collect your email address, company name, and shop address. When you connect your Jobber account, we access client names, addresses, job titles, invoice totals, and quote data through the Jobber API — strictly for generating property intelligence reports.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Generate property intelligence reports for your sales team
  • Calculate pricing ranges from your historical job data
  • Geocode addresses to provide proximity-based intelligence
  • Display topographic, power line, and property data on reports
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, notifications)

We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to provide our product:

  • Jobber — CRM data (OAuth integration, revocable by you)
  • Google Maps Platform — Geocoding, Street View, satellite imagery, elevation
  • OpenStreetMap / Overpass API — Power line detection
  • RealtyMole — Property value and lot data
  • Stripe — Payment processing (we never see your full card number)
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Neon — Database hosting (encrypted at rest)
  • Vercel — Application hosting

4. Data Security

All Jobber OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds). All data is transmitted over TLS. Database access is restricted to the application layer only.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can export all your data at any time from Settings. If you disconnect Jobber or delete your account, we revoke API access immediately. To request full data deletion, contact us at the address below.

6. Your Rights

  • Access and export your data (Settings → Data Export)
  • Disconnect Jobber at any time (from Jobber or TreeRecon settings)
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Revoke OAuth consent through Jobber's app management settings

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie for authentication and a CSRF protection cookie. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
