1. Service Description
TreeRecon (“the Service”) is a sales intelligence tool for tree service businesses. It generates property intelligence reports using data from your Jobber account, public APIs, and proprietary algorithms to assist your quoting process.
2. Account & Access
- You must be 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of your company
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One company per Jobber account — connecting a second TreeRecon account to the same Jobber account will disconnect the first
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
3. Billing & Plans
- Free plans include limited reports per month as described on our pricing page
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe; you can cancel at any time
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Report counts reset at the start of each billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months; you retain access until the period ends
4. Data Ownership
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of your Jobber data, reports, or any intelligence generated from your historical jobs. You may export all data at any time.
We retain a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or mislead property owners
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits
- Resell report data or pricing intelligence to competitors
- Upload malicious content or interfere with other users' access
6. Disclaimers
- Reports are informational — they are not professional appraisals or surveys
- Pricing ranges are based on your historical data and may not reflect current market rates
- Power line detection relies on OpenStreetMap data which may be incomplete
- Slope calculations use publicly available elevation data (±1-2m accuracy)
- Always verify site conditions in person before issuing a binding quote
7. Limitation of Liability
TreeRecon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue from inaccurate pricing suggestions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You can disconnect Jobber and delete your account from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 7 days notice (or immediately for security violations).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
